Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RunReady.ai("RunReady," "we," "us") and our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services (or older if required by your local law). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2) Accounts and Access

A. Account registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide an email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

B. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

C. Service communications

We may send you administrative and transactional communications (for example, login codes, security notices, and service updates). These are not marketing messages.

3) The Services and Outputs

A. Informational nature

RunReady provides informational content and tools (including personalized race guides, pacing suggestions, course notes, and related outputs). You understand and agree:

The Services are not medical advice and do not replace professional advice from a qualified clinician, coach, or other professional.
Training and racing carry inherent risks. You are responsible for your own decisions, health, and safety.
Race details can change (course, start times, aid stations, rules). You are responsible for verifying critical information with official sources.

B. No performance guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular outcome (including a specific finish time, placement, or performance improvement) using the Services.

C. Beta and experimental features

Some features may be labeled beta, preview, or experimental and may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly.

4) Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments (If Applicable)

If the Services include paid plans or subscriptions:

A. Pricing and taxes

Pricing and plan features will be presented at checkout or on the pricing page. Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

B. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You authorize us (and/or our payment processor) to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees.

C. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription as described in your account settings or by contacting support. Unless required by law, cancellation does not refund fees already paid for the current billing period.

D. Refunds

Refunds (if any) are governed by our posted refund policy or as required by law.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or systems.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying models except to the extent allowed by law.
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services in a manner that burdens the Services or violates robots.txt or other access controls.
Upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.
Use the Services to infringe intellectual property rights or other rights of any person.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

6) User Content

A. Your content

You may submit information and content to the Services ("User Content"), such as personalization inputs, feedback, or messages.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant RunReady a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your User Content as necessary to operate and provide the Services.

B. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.

7) Intellectual Property

A. Our materials

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and generated templates (excluding your User Content), are owned by RunReady or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

B. Limited license

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use (or internal business use if you are an authorized organizational user), subject to these Terms.

C. Restrictions

Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Services.

8) Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, payment processors, analytics providers, or content sources). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9) Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunReady will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event will RunReady’s aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RunReady and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason permitted by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RunReady is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by updating the date at the top of this page or providing a notice in the Services). Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
